About Us

Welcome to Move

Move, is a bespoke personal training gym, offering small group, 1-1 and 2-1 personal training sessions. Alongside this, we offer specific teens strength and conditioning sessions for ages 12+.

 

Our expert coaches have a combined experience of 20 years of personal training, and have helped transform the lives of so many people, and we’re ready to help you.

What We Offer

We offer a wide range of personal training services to suit your needs. We have 15 small group personal training sessions per week, plus teens specific strength and conditioning sessions for 12+. If you prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer 1-1 and 2-1 personal training sessions, where the focus is all on you.

We have all the equipment to be able to deliver a diverse range of training for all personal training sessions in our facility. No matter your fitness ability, we have something for everyone. So every session is as effective as possible to help you achieve your goals. 

 

Your time is precious. You may only have an hour to train a few times a week. All Move small group sessions are pre planned 6 weeks in advance and are specifically designed to help you. They are tried and tested to make sure that your experience in our sessions is one we’re confident that you will love. Our expert coaches will deliver you the best possible programming, incorporating a balance of mobility, strength training, conditioning, and more.
